The invention provides a liquid crystal polymer film attached with metal foils and its manufacturing method, a multi-layer printed wiring board and its manufacturing method. The present invention relates to liquid crystal polymer film attached with metal foils, which comprises a liquid crystal polymer film; a first metal foil; and a second metal foil. The first metal foil is laminated on a first surface of the liquid crystal polymer film. The second metal foil is laminated on a second surface opposite to the first surface of the liquid crystal polymer film. The second metal foil comprises: a rough surface, and an electrolytic metal foil on a smooth surface opposite to the rough surface. The rough surface of the second metal foil and the second surface of the liquid crystal polymer film arelaminated to each other, and a film release treatment is performed on the rough surface.
