PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate coordinates of the displacement point on the map in a predetermined time-of-day at an arbitrary positioning point which changes based on the crustal movement.;SOLUTION: A dynamic coordinate management device is configured such that displacement information indicating at least management target coordinates is acquired and updated on the basis of information on time-of-day in which the management target coordinates are acquired.
