To make a business model capable of reducing costs by carrying out a possible business itself in view of a current situation that costs increase as a business form entrusted to the entire website when creating a website, and, in addition, to provide a computer system capable of improving the efficiency of collaborative work between a website operator and a trustee and capable of ensuring quality and information security.SOLUTION: Both website operators and trustees collaborate to create a website that is subjected at least in part to additions, deletions, modifications. There is provided an environment capable of selecting functions that telecommunication carriers are permitted to do, such as domain address assignment, data servers, e-mail messages, mailing lists, settlement agency, chat rooms, virtual private networks, content brokerage, overseas server mail, SNS distribution, portal sites, and question answering (ticket) systems, any other easy selections for setting-up general shop functions, and collaborative work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
