Provided is a chloroprene-based polymer latex composition that can be used for a mixed latex composition having good adhesive strength to a hard adherend such as concrete or mortar. A chloroprene-based polymer latex composition comprising 20.5 to 100 parts by mass of a surfactant component based on 100 parts by mass of the chloroprene-based polymer.
