Provided are a wear-resistant coating film which, even when subjected to repetitive wearing, can retain excellent wear resistance over a long period, a method for producing the wear-resistant coating film, and a wear-resistant member. The wear-resistant coating film 10 of the present invention is provided with a plated layer 11, a plurality of lump parts 2, and a coating layer 13. The plated layer 11 and the coating layer 13 are stacked in this order, and each of the plurality of lump parts 2 is constituted of one particle 12 and/or an assembly of particles 12. The plurality of lump parts 2 are held by the plated layer 11 and are disposed so as to protrude from the plated layer 11. The coating layer 13 is formed so as to cover the surface of the plated layer 11. The lump parts 2 have formed flat portions 18. The flat portions 18 are arranged on the same plane as the surface of the coating layer 13.
