PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in estimation of earthquake damage with reduction in cost.SOLUTION: An earthquake damage estimation system for estimating damage of a structure due to an earthquake, comprises: a first seismometer located on a lower area of the structure; a second seismometer located on an area upper than the lower area of the structure; a storage section in which a structural analysis model having components corresponding to areas of the structure is stored in advance; and a response calculation section that calculates a response value for a location corresponding to an area on which the second seismometer is located by entering a first measurement value measured by the first seismometer into a location corresponding to a lower area of the structure in the structural analysis model, calculates a correction factor on the basis of a relative relationship between the first measurement value and a second measurement value measured by the second seismometer and a relative relationship between the first measurement value and the response value, and calculates a correction response value for each area of the structure corresponding to each component on the basis of the response value of the component of the structural analysis model for the first measurement value and the correction factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
