To provide a bank bill putting-out device capable of preventing redundant putting-out of bank bills to the utmost.SOLUTION: A bank bill putting-out device includes: a stocker 12; a first feeding mechanism 29 having a first feed roller 21 brought into contact with bank bills stored in the stocker 12 to feed the bank bills forward; a gate part 27 disposed at a front side of the first feed roller 21; a second feeding mechanism 29 having a second feed roller 30 and a pressing roller 31 pressed by the second feed roller 30 which are disposed at a front side of the gate part 27 and interpose therebetween the bank bill passed through the gate part 27 from upper and lower sides to further feed the bank bill forward; and a spring belt 48 disposed at a front side of the second feeding mechanism 29 and stretched between a put-out roller 33 for putting-out a bank bill forward, a pulley 46 disposed at the pressing roller 31, and a pulley 47 disposed at the put-out roller 33 to transmit a rotational force of the put-out roller 33 to the pressing roller 31 in a direction of rotating the pressing roller oppositely to a bank bill feeding direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
