To provide a detachable point-pressing massager which can massage by technique using an easily detachable pressing part and projection part and which stimulates points in the head and shoulder to have a massage effect such as improvement of blood circulation, and also to provide the application method of the massager.SOLUTION: The detachable point-pressing massager of the present invention is a massager in which pressing parts and projection parts 2 of various shapes are detachably fitted to a device 1 having a plurality of holes. In the holes of the device 1, in the sections suitable for a user's points, the pressing parts and projection parts 2 are attachably/detachably fitted, so that massage with a high degree of freedom is made possible.
