This packing bag with attached RFID tag is provided with: a bag-shaped body formed by sealing peripheral portions of sheet-shaped members that face each other, the body having an accommodation region for accommodating contents therein, and having a cutting side at one side thereof; and an RFID tag disposed in the body and having an antenna pattern and an RFIC element. The body has a cutting region for cutting the accommodation region, wherein the cutting region is interposed between a first region line and a second region line which are virtual lines extending in a direction crossing the cutting side. The antenna pattern of the RFID tag includes a first antenna element extending from the RFIC element to the first region line via the second region line, and a second antenna element extending from the RFIC element to the second region line via the first region line, and constitutes a dipole-type antenna pattern.
