To suppress jamming of transported paper even when the paper has curvature or warpage at the leading edge in a device for processing paper.SOLUTION: A cutting part 110 includes: a fold processing part 30 for forming a fold in a sheet M; a transportation part 11 for transporting the sheet M with the fold formed by the fold processing part 30 in the forefront; and a cracking part 12 with two crushing blades 14 facing each other for cutting the sheet M that is transported by the transportation part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
