INTERACTION SYSTEM CONTROL METHOD, INTERACTION SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

To provide an interaction system which complements speech input and touch input with each other to provide high operability.SOLUTION: The interaction system includes a processor, a memory, a voice input device, a voice output device and a touch panel. The processor performs: an inquiry step of generating inquiry information including one or more choices and outputting the inquiry information from the voice output device or the touch panel; an input step of accepting an answer to the inquiry information; a guiding step of generating a candidate for guidance information corresponding to the answer and outputting the candidate from the voice output device or the tough panel; and a mode switching step of selecting a mode 1 of outputting the choices being regions for accepting a touch input to the touch panel or an interaction mode 2 of outputting a comment based on the inquiry information to the touch panel or the voice output device, on the basis of the inquiry information in accordance with an operating state of the interaction system.
