To provide a comparison company selection system with high reliability and economy capable of eliminating need for manual selection of comparison target companies mainly in transfer price taxation correspondence.SOLUTION: A comparison target company selection system 1 includes: storage means for storing company information for a plurality of companies; analysis means for calculating, based on company information of a company to be verified and the company information of the company stored in the storage means, similarity between the company to be verified and the company stored in the storage means; and selection means for further narrowing down, based on the similarity calculated by the analysis means, a plurality of candidate companies that can be compared.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
