The model material composition includes a monofunctional ethylenic unsaturated monomer (A) that has Tg of 80°C or more and does not include urethane groups, a polyfunctional ethylenic unsaturated monomer (B) that includes a ring structure, has Tg of 180°C or more and does not include urethane groups, an oligomer (C), and a photopolymerization initiator (D). The support material composition includes 19-80 pts.mass of a water-soluble monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a), and 15-75 pts.mass of a polyalkylene glycol that has a weight average molecular weight of 300 to 3000 and includes an oxybutylene group (b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
