To provide a sucking method and device for packing strawberry without damaging the strawberry, and a strawberry automatic packing method and device that can be automatically performed from taking out a pack to packing strawberry.SOLUTION: A sucking method of the present invention is a method in which an elliptical opening is brought the vicinity of a strawberry and negative pressure is applied to an inside of the opening to suck the strawberry toward the opening. The suction device of the present invention is a device provided with an outer cover having the elliptical opening and a negative pressure means. The method for automatically packing the strawberry according to the present invention takes out the pack, and set it at predetermined position, and acquires a position information of the strawberry by a photographing means, and takes out the strawberry based on the position information, and pack the strawberries taken out. The strawberry automatic packing device of the present invention is the device provided with a pack carrier, a strawberry carrier, a stocker, a suction device, a robot arm, and a photographing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
