To provide an attachment structure of dry joint capable of ensuring the pressing force against a wall without disturbing wall assembly, and dry joint.SOLUTION: In the attachment structure of the dry joint in the water unit room, the dry joint has a base end part which is connected to a washing floor and a front end part which is movable by the operation made by a user. The attachment structure has a lock structure for locking the front end part so that it does not return to the direction away from the wall side in a state that the front end part of the dry joint which is displaced toward a wall is abutted on the wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
