To provide graphic film for a non-PVC licence plate, which is excellent in followability to an embossed part and in shock resistance at low temperature.SOLUTION: A graphic film for a licence plate according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is non-PVC including: over-laminate film (A); and image holding film (B). The over-laminate film includes: a non-yellow discoloring transparent polyurethane layer (a1); and a transparent adhesive layer (a2). The image holding film includes: a graphic image layer (b1); a non-yellow discoloring polyurethane image receiving layer (b2): and a white adhesive layer (b3). The over-laminate film is laminated on the image holding film via the transparent adhesive layer so as to cover at least part of the graphic image layer. The aggregate thickness of the non-yellow discoloring transparent polyurethane layer and the non-yellow discoloring polyurethane image receiving layer is smaller than the aggregate thickness of the transparent adhesive layer and the white adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
