For example, one or more embodiments described herein can comprise a system, which can comprise a first resistive random-access memory unit operably coupled to a field-effect transistor by a first extrinsic semiconductor layer. The system can also comprise a second resistive random-access memory unit operably coupled to the field-effect transistor by a second extrinsic semiconductor layer.
