METHOD OF GENERATION OF A DIAGNOSTIC INDEX FOR ALZHEIMER DISEASE, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD AND SYSTEM

A method of generation of diagnostic index for Alzheimer's disease provides for stimulating a subject using transcranial magnetic stimulation with a conditioning stimulus and, after a first predetermined time interval, with control stimulus and to record amplitude of first motor evoked potential generated as a result of the conditioning and control stimuli. A second conditioning stimulus is administered after a second predetermined time interval greater than the first predetermined time interval, allowing recording amplitude of second motor evoked potential. A third conditioning stimulus is administered using nervous electrical stimulation after a third predetermined time interval, allowing recording amplitude of third motor evoked potential generated as a result of the third conditioning stimulus. Subsequently, the method provides for generating diagnostic index on a basis of processing of the first, second and third recorded motor evoked potential.
