The access node controller comprises one or more interfaces configured to obtain priority area information of the second access node. The second access node has priority access in the priority area compared to the first access node. The access node controller comprises a control module configured to control the one or more interfaces and configured to determine the one or more transmission parameters for the first access node based on the priority area information of the second access node and based on an access condition at a priority area boundary.
