A composition is provided comprising at least a layered silicate, an acrylate polymer, a preservative compound, a humectant compound, a hyaluronic acid or a salt derivative thereof, and water. The composition may be used in a wipe for personal care. A method for preparing the wipe for personal care, as well as the use of the wipe for personal care is disclosed.
