fast gasifier in fixed bed with upward gas flow, eddy by flanges and with posterior suction plus upper and regulated injector of oxidants more than raw materials (waste, biomass, other residues and feces, pre-dried and appropriate) for the production of flammable singles for heating, hot water or energetic steam this type of gasifier in fixed bed and upward flow of singas crude is used for the purposes described, but processes only biomass and some waste. in this, we add systems, optional, for pre-dehydration and pre-treatment of other raw materials even with high moisture content and low calorific level, which will increase the production and quality of singas to further purify the local environmental cleanings and also the target audience. by adding four technologies that are still isolated, now added, or not, we will expand production and improve the quality of singas, without increasing risks or creating new environmental problems. the new technologies are: 1) superior injection of the oxidant via tubes to the pyrolysis basket (no longer in a basal tree) 2) flanges for creating upward vortexes that qualify singas; 3) butterfly valves that control the injection flow of raw materials; 4) suction system / posterior injection of singas already purified.
