certificate of addition of invention, attached to patent application br102017018275-4, filed on August 25, 2017. this certificate of addition refers to the process of crosslinking the blend of sericin and alginate, to obtain adsorbent particles, of low solubility in aqueous medium, for application in selective recovery by bioadsorption of noble metals from effluents. such particles were developed from the crosslinking of the blend with proanthocyanidins (pas) or polyvinyl alcohol (pva) and are useful in the removal and recovery of noble metal ions such as gold, palladium and platinum, mainly in the recovery via selective adsorption of these three ions, when in the concomitant presence of silver in an aqueous medium.
