the present application for a patent concerns a device for controlled dismantling, demolition or fragmentation of structures, objects, buildings and rocks that can be used without a special license from the army and that is activated as any pyrotechnic devices that promote controlled dismantling of rocks and is intended for the civil construction area. the detonating device for controlled dismantling, demolition and fragmentation of structures and objects is capable of producing safer results through the use of non-explosive charges linked to intelligent timer control and effective rock fragmentation with a controlled and safe disassembly, without the usual explosions noisy and involving safe loads that can be better controlled. controlled disassembly can be done in stages with non-explosive technology for intelligent disassembly of rocks, which makes it easier to transport explosive charges and presents immediate results involving less risk and less environmental impact, in addition to a lower acoustic vibration load harmful, causing less impact to adjacent structures. greater security is provided through the use of lower power and gas charges in place of conventional explosives and dismantling or fragmentation can be better controlled. the operation occurs through the controlled rupture of capsules generating instant gas that have special igniters and detonators and a receiving chamber associated with a central telemetric controller. the device thus becomes army control level 3, that is, it is homologated as a pyrotechnic device r-105, exempt from inspection in its use due to the low possibility of risk or damage and can therefore be used in wide areas and in additional cases where there is no special license.
