摘要

wireless pelvic floor muscle measurement system using electromyography. the present invention describes a portable system for the measurement of electromyographic signals from the pelvic floor muscles by means of any intracavitary electromyographic sensor and clothing adapted for the embedded data processing equipment. the invention can be used, mainly, for the evaluation of the functional behavior of the pelvic floor muscles during physical and physiotherapeutic activities. the main innovation in the current invention comprises the possibility of using the equipment during physical activities in different postures and movements, besides being able to be adapted for use with any electromyographic sensor. unlike other devices available on the market with similar purposes, the equipment described in this invention can be used during movement because it has support mechanisms attached to the sensing system, in addition to not depending on the electromyographic sensor to be used.
