the systems and methods disclosed in this document provide techniques for reducing quantization errors and lateral lobe levels in phased array antennas. the states of a quantized phaser of a phased array antenna can be dotted to achieve an average time value that reduces quantization errors. by quickly switching between the different states of the quantized lag, a mean time value close to a desired phase state can be achieved with a low resolution lag.
