摘要
these are sorghum plants and plant parts developed through tissue culture, gene editing or other mutagenesis methods in which the plant or plant part has increased tolerance to one or more acetyl-coa carboxylase (acc) herbicides at levels that would normally inhibit the growth of wild type sorghum plants. in this context, the sorghum plant can be tolerant to any herbicide capable of inhibiting the enzymatic activity of acetyl-coa carboxylase. the present invention allows the screening of hybrids tolerant to deacc herbicides with markers or application of herbicides that inhibit acc, and the removal of unwanted vegetation with application of herbicides that inhibit acc from the fields of seed and grain production.
