we provide a process that comprises: a. dehydrogenating the natural gas liquid to produce a mixture comprising unconverted olefins and paraffins; B. without further purification or modification, send the mixture to a single alkylation reactor; and c. alkylating olefins with an isoparaffin, using an ionic liquid catalyst, to produce one or more alkylated products. we also provide an integrated process unit to carry out the process, comprising: a. a dehydrogenation reactor; B. a single alkylation reactor; ç. a separator, following the alkylation reactor, which separates the effluent from the alkylation reactor in a catalyst phase and a hydrocarbon phase; d. a distillation unit, following the separator, which receives the hydrocarbon phase and separates it into alkylated products, an unreacted paraffin phase and an isoparaffin phase; and. a first recycling line that feeds the unreacted paraffin phase to the dehydrogenation reactor; and f. a second recycling line that feeds the isoparaffin phase in the alkylation reactor.
