reform, recovery, fault correction, installation of structural improvements and internal anti-corrosive treatment in diesel tanks applied to bulldozers and off-road earthmoving and mining trucks. the present invention aims at general overhaul with internal anti-corrosive treatment in diesel tanks for tractors and off-road trucks of any make and model, which in relation to the original design have internal corrosion and structural failures that weaken the diesel component , impairing the functioning of the fuel injection system. it is also the objective of this invention, to prevent failures and correct design defects caused by premature material fatigue, by exchanging thinner breakers from the manufacturers for thicker ones and installing additional structural reinforcements in relation to the original factory tank . another objective of this invention is to correct the problem of the shock of the diesel tank of the off-road truck with the tire of the wheel loader that always work together, a project not foreseen by the manufacturers of off-road trucks. likewise, the objective is to correct problems in the support trunnion and the problem for the electrical harness of the electronic fuel level sensor in the diesel tanks of off-road trucks. the solution of the present invention is the installation of ribs in the support trunnion and removable channels for protection of the level sensor electrical harness. finally, the objective of this invention is to correct the problem of breaking of fishing tubes inside the diesel tank of tractors and off-road trucks, through the installation of removable fisherman, which are not present in the original tank and allow quick change and efficient part.
