new fucosyltransferases are disclosed being able to transfer a fucose residue from a donor substrate to a lactotetraose, methods for the production of fucosylated oligosaccharides using said fucosyltransferases and the use of the thus produced fucosylated oligosaccharides for the manufacture of nutritional compositions.
