folding machine and forklift for continuous paper products and method of folding and stacking continuous paper products by using the same. which comprises two wheels that determine the folding lines, two folding guides, a first conveyor unit, a locking unit and a support. the wheels determining the fold lines and the folding guides operate to fold the continuous paper products of the first conveyor unit, to form a stack of unfolded continuous paper products. when a stack with a predetermined amount of continuous folded paper products is finished, the locking unit is extended to isolate the continuous folded paper products. in addition, a retractable element of the locking unit is extended to support the finished stack of continuous folded paper products when the locking unit is lowered to transport the finished stack of continuous folded paper products with the holder, keeping the finished stack aligned of folded continuous paper products.
