The compounds mentioned in this specification refer to the compounds that are connected with at least one ACAT 1 / 2 and oxct1 / 2 and inhibit the production of ATP mitochondria, which are called mitochondria in this document. A method for the detection of mitochondrial inhibitors and anticancer compounds is reported. It also describes the use of mitochondria to prevent or treat inflammation, bacterial infection and pathogenic yeast, as well as the use of mitochondria to prevent aging.
