It outlines a process of polymerization of an aqueous solution (at least including acrylamide to obtain a polyacrylamide hydrogel) and production of an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide by dissolving the polyacrylamide hydrogel, in which the process is carried out in a mobile module factory. It is better to install the plant in the place where polyacrylamide aqueous solution is used, such as in oil field or mining area.
