This invention relates to a new method of manufacture of copanisib,copanisib dihydrochloride or the aqueous forms of copanisib dihydrochloride,with new intermediate chemical compounds and using those new intermediate chemical compounds for the preparation of that copanisib,copanisib dihydrochloride or the aqueous forms of copanisib dihydrochloride. This invention is related,also,with aqueous forms of copanixib dihydrochloride,as chemical compounds.
