A combined method using a hydrogenation process to obtain high-quality fuel using coal tar with a medium-low boiling point, in which coal tar with a medium-low boiling point is fractionated to obtain the final product using a thermal hydrocracking unit, the first fractionation unit at atmospheric pressure, a hydrotreating unit , a vacuum fractionation unit, a diesel fraction and paraffinic distillate hydrotreating unit, a paraffinic distillate hydrocracking unit, a gasoline and diesel fraction hydrogenation unit using precious metals, and a fourth atmospheric pressure fractionation unit. The present invention can effectively improve the quality of naphtha, aviation kerosene and diesel fuel products and obtain high quality products with high yield and high value, so it has great prospects for promotion and application.
