The invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive medicine, and can be used to correct anxiety and insomnia disorders. To do this, carry out vibration-acoustic massage using the tool "singing bowl". The "singing bowl" is made of metal alloy "bell bronze" and has the shape of a vessel with an inner diameter of 250 mm, a wall height of 110 mm and an outer diameter of the bottom of 130 mm. It is placed directly on the body massaged with the implementation of contact directly with the naked body massaged or through tissue. The "singing bowl" is held with one hand, in the second hand is the beater tool, which is an object whose handle is made of wood 260 mm long and 18 mm in diameter and the shock part is made of rubber in the form of a cylinder with a diameter of 55 mm and a height of 35 mm. Vibration is extracted from the “singing bowl” by hitting the rubber part of the beater on the upper edge of the bowl with a series of 9 beats with a rhythm characterized by mandatory equal pauses of 1 s between each of 9 beats. After the end of the vibration, the “singing bowl” moves to the next position according to the direction of the massage movements, with the action of sound waves either on the whole body being massaged, or locally. The patient simultaneously performs respiratory physical exercises with a series of successive rhythmic breaths, breath holding and exhaling for 3-15 seconds, performing at least 3 series. Before the session and / or throughout the session or part of the session, the "singing bowl" or its parts are warmed, not exceeding the temperature level comfortable for the massaged. Sessions are carried out no more than 1 time per day. The duration of the session is 50 minutes in the first session and from 60 to 70 minutes in the 2nd and subsequent sessions. The number of sessions in the course is 3, with an interval of performing sessions every other day. The method provides an effective correction of anxiety and insomnia, while reducing the duration and number of procedures.
