The invention provides a waste water composite heat carrier generator, a waste water magnetized composite heat carrier generator and a method for generating a composite heat carrier. The waste water composite heat carrier generator comprises a generator body (42) which comprises a combustion chamber (41) and a steam chamber (43), the upper end of the combustion chamber (41) being in communication with the steam chamber (43) and the upper end of the steam chamber (43) being connected with an outlet pipeline (431); a generator head construction (20) connected to the lower end of the generator body (42); a combustion nozzle (10), an ignition electrode (3), a water inlet passage (28) and a waste discharge passage (29) being disposed in the generator head construction (20). The invention can meet the requirements of high-pressure combustion and safe recovery of a composite heat carrier, and at the same time the generator can use waste water obtained during crude oil separation as generator cooling water, carry out a process of cooling and generating vapor necessary for a composite heat carrier. The invention saves clear water resources and reduces high costs for waste water purification.
