The invention relates to a wearable health-protective massage apparatus and an operation method therefor, wherein the wearable health-protective massage apparatus comprises a support bracket, mounted on the lower limbs of a human body; and at least one sexually sensitive area massage component, mounted on the support bracket and used for continuous massage of at least one sexually sensitive area of the human body. When the wearable health-protective massage apparatus of the invention is mounted on a human leg and the selectively mounted sexually sensitive area massage component is being used for pressing and/or friction massage of a sexually sensitive area, the wearable health-protective massage apparatus is able to effectively promote local blood circulation, thereby aiding in the disease rehabilitation of the user. When being used by a user, the apparatus has to be worn on the human legs, and thus does not easily cause tiredness in use for long time.
