METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF COMBINED FORMS OF URINE CONTENT IN WOMEN

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to urogynecology, and can be used for the surgical treatment of combined forms of urinary incontinence in women. The objective of the research is to develop a new, improved method of surgical treatment of combined forms of urinary incontinence in women. The essence of the method is as follows: after hydropreparation with physiological solution in a volume of 60-80 ml 0.5 cm below the opening of the urethra along the anterior wall of the vagina, an incision of the mucous membrane and fascia is made 2.0-2.5 cm long to the border of the urogenital diaphragm. A sharp dissection of tissues is performed in the direction of the obturator fossa on both sides. Scissors create a hole in the fascia of the obturator fossa. With the help of curved instruments, the mesh is passed through the obturator fossa, the middle is placed under the middle third of the urethra. Further, the incision of the mucous membrane is extended to the external urethral sphincter. On the external sphincter of the urethra with absorbable suture 3.0 in diameter, two or three interrupted crimping sutures are applied. Next, with an absorbable suture 2.0, interrupted sutures are applied to the fascia. The mucous membrane is sutured with a continuous suture with a 3.0 absorbable suture.
