The invention relates to a self-acting hybrid unit designed for the generation, storage and management of the electric power. It is an autonomously-operated compact transportable system having for main target to supply power to regions having no access to power mains or where the supplied energy is insufficient (e.g. in schools, retransmission stations, government infrastructures, military installations, refugee camps, or regions affected by natural disasters). The basic infrastructure elements of the invention are standardized ship containers. (fig.1,2).
