The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical formulation of levothyroxine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, in the form of a non-alcoholic and preservative-free multidose drinking solution characterized by an average density ranging from 1.18 to 1.23 g per mL (g/mL) , viscosity from 20 to 60 cps at 25 ° C, and pH between 8.1 and 8.7. The pharmaceutical preparation of this invention is stored in glass vials equipped with a vertical dropper and a screwable securing cap; it is suitable for oral administration in drops to treat hypothyroidism.
