The present invention relates to a cleaning and disinfecting formulation with two components intended to be mixed and diluted in water at the time of use, - the first component comprising, in aqueous medium: - at least one surfactant chosen from among anionic, nonionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants; and - the second component comprising, in aqueous medium: - hydrogen peroxide and the necessary quantity of acetic acid to obtain peracetic acid after the reaction equilibrium is reached.
