A door access control system using palm vein recognition, comprising a power supply, a power supply driving circuit, a palm vein acquisition circuit, an SD card, an SD card interface circuit, a Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor, an LCD display circuit, an LCD display screen, an audio output circuit, a speaker, an RS232/485 communication conversion circuit, and a door access controller, wherein the power supply is connected to the Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor through the power supply driving circuit; the palm vein acquisition circuit is connected to the Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor; the SD card is connected to the Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor through the SD card interface circuit; the Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor transmits intercom visual information to the LCD display screen through the LCD display circuit; an audio prompt is transmitted from the speaker through the audio output circuit; the Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor controls palm vein recognition and logic communication between the circuits; and the Cortex A8 or higher ARM processor is configured with a near-infrared LED camera for performing palm vein image extraction and digital processing on visitors.
