The invention relates to chemistry and medicine, in particular to a biologically active supramolecular ensemble of the inorganic monoanionic cycle [Mo10O10S10(OH)11(H2O)4]- with beta-cyclodextrin of the class of polyoxothiomolybdates. The supramolecular ensemble exhibits high antioxidant activity and can be used in medicine as a substance that inhibits the oxidation process of organic molecules in a living organism.Summary of the invention consists in obtaining a synthetic antioxidant - a supramolecular ensemble of the formula (NMe4)(C42H70O35)[Mo10O10S10(OH)11(H2O)4]·27H2O, where (NMe4)+ is the tetramethylammonium cation, and C42H70O35 - beta-cyclodextrin. The claimed supramolecular ensemble expands the arsenal of highly active synthetic antioxidants.
