The inner tube-free vehicle wheel rim with a detachable flange comprises a rim body (1) and an annular flange (2) located at two sides of the rim body (1); the annular flange (2) comprises a fixed flange (21) and a detachable flange (22); the detachable flange (22) is detachably connected to the rim body (1); a tire detachment deep groove (3) for use to detach a tire is provided along the periphery of the rim body (1); the outer surface of the rim body (1) between the fixed flange (21) and the tire detachment deep groove (3) forms a radially tapered first bead holder (41); the outer surface of the rim body (1) between the detachable flange (22) and the tire detachment deep groove (3) forms a radially tapered second bead holder (42).
