[Problem] To provide a compressed-air heat exchanger in which flow path arrangement is made more efficient, a compressed-air dehumidification unit using the heat exchanger, and a dehumidification system provided with the dehumidification unit. [Solution] On an outer periphery of a cylindrical flow pipe 10 in which a heat source 3 for cooling is installed in a main heat transfer flow path 11 provided therein, a heat exchange flow part 20 that is formed by alternately winding two spiral-shaped first and second heat transfer walls 24, 25, in an overlapping manner in a radiation direction of the flow pipe 10, with a predetermined gap interposed therebetween, is provided. In addition, with the gap between the heat transfer walls 24, 25, introduction flow paths 21 and lead-out flow paths 22 for introducing compressed air into the flow pipe 10 and leading out the compressed air therefrom are alternately formed in the radiation direction. Heat exchange is performed between the compressed air flowing in the flow paths 21, 22.
