The invention relates to a combined multi-stage bioreactor for anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic, clarification and disinfection processes in wastewater treatment, to ensure efficient reuse of water, characterised in that it comprises a single tank that is closed on every side, which comprises on the inside a plurality of dividing baffles distributed along the entire length thereof, which define a plurality of chambers in a linear arrangement for the combination of anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic, clarification and disinfection stages that can be configured in accordance with the treatment to be performed; wherein the water is raised from the influent via a pump and injected into the first chamber; wherein said single tank includes a gas-extraction pipe, a lower sludge-extraction pipe with a suction pump, a lower pipe for injecting air from a blower and an upper recirculation pipe with a pump for recirculating treated water, which comprises a plurality of connections for each chamber that define upper pipes for passing water into the upper zone of each chamber and siphon-type pipes projecting downwards for the outlet and discharge of water towards the lower zone of each adjacent chamber; and wherein the clarifying chamber comprises a bundle of lamellar plates that define a lamella clarifier and the chamber of the disinfection stage comprises a disinfection system using UV lamps.
