The invention relates to a wide-neck plastic container (1) produced using extrusion blow moulding and having a closure cap (4) that can be non-detachably connected to a container neck (3) of the wide-neck plastic container (1), said container neck having a container opening (30). A number of locking projections (32), that are hollow as a result of the manufacturing method, are arranged on an outer wall (31) of the container neck (3), said projections being distributed over a periphery of the container neck (3) and projecting from the outer wall (31) of the container neck (3). An inner wall of the casing of the closure cap (4) is provided with corresponding locking recesses (52). In the case of the closure cap (4) mounted on the container neck (3), the interlocked locking elements (32, 52) are inaccessibly covered by a section of the casing (41) of the closure cap (4).
