The present invention relates to peptides, nucleic acids, binding agents, methods and cells for use in immunotherapy. In particular, the present invention relates to a peptide which consists of the sequence KIQEMQHFL (SEQ ID No.2), or comprises said sequence and is up to 14 amino acids in length, as well as its use in immunotherapy for cancer. The present invention furthermore relates to tumour-associated cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) peptide epitopes, alone or in combination with other tumour-associated peptides that serve as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate anti-tumour immune responses. The present invention relates to a peptide sequence derived from HLA class 1 molecules of human tumour cells that can be used for eliciting anti-tumour immune responses.
