The object of the notification is a door lock charge intended for persons with all kinds of upper limb movement control disorders and visual impairment. The solution is intended to be used as a cover mounted on a lock in a door that facilitates the application of the lock key. The cover is composed of a shield (1),which takes the form of a ring with a circular outline situated in a horizontal plane, the edge of which on one side extends horizontally and ends with a flat surface with a outline close to the square, which has holes (5) in the corners of the screw anchoring, and on the other side, is situated inside, a full length adhesive element (2) with a cut-off cone outline ending with an opening (4),with the outline of a circle situated in a vertical plane at the distance "L1" from the surface of the shield, a ring (3) with the outline of a circle, and the collar (6) has the shape of a lens with the outline of a cut cone, ending with a flat surface (9) with the outline of a circle, with an opening (8) with the outline of a rectangle centrally located in the middle, on the inner wall of the collar (6),is situated throughout its diameter in the vertical plane at the distance "L2" from the surface (9),digging (7),with an arc outline consistent with the ring profile (3) of the shield (1).
