The object of the invention is to perform the Rd 50x7 screw on the rebound of the axle -screw of the bilateral screw coupling commonly used in the European rail rolling stock,normal motor vehicles in this for many, many years also on the PKP in the country.The method of doing the guinea pig is to use a known fighting head, which bends,a three -wheel rolling -out of semi -circular pig by cold plastic treatment on a two -way screw.The process of rolling out the pig eliminates the previously used spinning of the pig by sewing and guarantees,that the fibres of the carbon -neutral screw material are aligned parallel to the curved semi -circular profile of the guinea pig without interrupting (as is the case when sewing) in icat the bottom of the filament continuity.This is essential to achieve the required high tensile strength of the bilateral screw as the weakest part of the rolling stock propelling device.The method of making the screw can be used in the recommended system: a fixed deflector, a ready -to -load, a double screw and a mechanically rotated cylindrical cylinder head,or in the system: rotated feeder, ready -to -use and non -rotating roll -out head.The most advantageous i s the simultaneous rolling -out of the screw on both sides of the fixed coupling device with two mechanically rotated heads facing theI'm in the axis of the indentation, as in the drawing.
